1. Coaching Services

  • Coaching is a professional partnership focused on personal and professional growth.

  • Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. It does not replace professional advice from licensed professionals such as doctors, psychologists, financial advisors, or lawyers.

  • The client remains fully responsible for decisions, actions, and results arising from the coaching process.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our coaching services. By booking a session, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Booking & Payment

  • Sessions must be booked in advance.

  • Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

  • Accepted payment methods will be specified during booking.

  • Prices are subject to change; however, confirmed bookings will be honoured at the agreed rate.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.

  • Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

  • Missed appointments without notice (“no-shows”) will be charged in full.

  • Renae Black Coaching reserves the right to reschedule sessions in case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Confidentiality

  • All personal information and session content will be kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others).

  • Confidentiality does not extend to illegal activity or threats of violence.

6. Code of Conduct

  • Clients are expected to treat all sessions and communications with respect and professionalism.

  • Abusive, inappropriate, or disruptive behavior may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

7. Results Disclaimer

  • Coaching is a collaborative process; results are not guaranteed.

  • Success depends on the client’s commitment, openness, and willingness to take action.

  • Renae Black Coaching makes no promises or warranties regarding specific outcomes.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All materials provided (workbooks, guides, online content) remain the intellectual property of Renae Black Coaching.

  • Clients may use these materials for personal purposes only and may not copy, distribute, or resell them without written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Renae Black Coaching is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from coaching services.

  • Clients accept full responsibility for decisions and outcomes resulting from coaching.

10. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the coaching relationship at any time by providing written notice.

  • Any outstanding fees must be paid before termination is complete.

11. Governing Law
